SBB/35/04 Amendment of Penalty for Non-Compliance with the Directives of National Bank of Ethiopia

The National Bank of Ethiopia has issued Directive No. SBB/35/2004, which amends the penalty for non-compliance with its directives to Birr 10,000 per violation, effective March 1, 2004. The directive replaces Directive No. SBB/20/96 and grants the National Bank of Ethiopia the authority to waive the penalty or take additional measures as necessary.
