The public notice dated 27 March 2017 instructs all publicly‑owned companies with more than 50 shareholders to submit detailed information on their issued and outstanding shares—including shareholder names, contact details, share quantities, transaction dates, prices, and related documents—by 1 April 2017, in accordance with Capital Market Authority Directive 1030/2024; failure to comply will result in penalties. The submission must be made to the Authority’s office in Addis Ababa and emailed to the listed officials.
